Animal & Bird Health Care Center is a four-doctor veterinary hospital that has served the Cherry Hill community for more than 30 years. Our practice provides small animal care with a strong focus on exotic species, supported by an experienced team and a collaborative medical environment.

We are seeking an experienced veterinary leader to serve as Practice Manager and oversee hospital operations, team development, and financial performance while partnering closely with our doctors to support a strong, sustainable practice.

What You’ll Lead

• Operations for a growing four-doctor veterinary hospital with a dedicated clinical and client service team
• Team leadership including hiring, coaching, and professional development
• Hospital workflow, staffing, and operational efficiency
• Financial performance including budgeting, purchasing, and key metrics
• Client experience and service standards across the hospital
• Inventory management, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
• Operational improvements that support both team wellbeing and hospital growth
• Marketing initiatives and strategies to drive and meet current market demands

What We’re Looking For

• Veterinary practice management or healthcare leadership experience with emphasis on direct doctor support and collaboration
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A collaborative and adaptable leadership style with a passion for developing teams and improving operations
