- Partner with hospital and Operations Leadership to establish educational priorities and visit goals.
- Observe clinical practices, workflows, and team dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Independently adapt education to emerging needs, including topics beyond the original visit objectives.
- Provide practical, evidence-informed recommendations appropriate to each hospital's resources and needs.
- Complete visit documentation, communicate findings, escalate significant safety concerns, and provide educational follow-up.
- Develop and deliver virtual continuing education, training resources, and other network-wide Learning & Development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current veterinary technician credential (CVT, LVT, or RVT) in good standing.
- Demonstrated expertise in anesthesia and dentistry, including the ability to confidently teach both subjects.
- Experience teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring veterinary professionals.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently with diverse hospital teams.
- Ability to educate veterinarians and support staff at varying experience levels.
- Willingness to travel regularly and a valid driver's license.
- Experience supporting multiple hospitals or veterinary groups.
- Experience developing educational programs or training materials.
